A sad little man...

If Barack Obama is Jamie Foxx's "lord and savior," that's pretty sad.  Just about as sad as those who believe that human beings are the pinnacle of the universe.

  1. One can only wonder what Ray Charles would say about his doppleganger... Ray: "Jamie, the ladies love looking at you, but you're just a jive turkey, son."

  2. Sounds like he is going to have a rude awakening one day. Makes me wonder though why 0bama hasn't helped hurricane Sandy victims if he is so marvelous.

    1. It's because his "all that and a bag of chips" is more the empty cellophane.

  3. So it's official: The Antichrist walks the earth.

Note to self: Go to confession.

    1. No, 0bama isn't the antichrist--he's nothing more than a ventriloquist's dummy. Whoever's working the dummy is the antichrist.

  4. When I first heard the soundbite, it sounded to me like Foxx was joking....like he was making a gag. But I don't get how it's funny. So maybe he was actually in earnest. All I know is "Put not your trust in Princes...." popped into my head right after hearing it.

Foxx is welcome to believe what he wants but it's sure not what I believe, if he was serious about the remark.

    1. Oh, he probably wasn't serious, but he needs to keep in mind that jokes fall flat. It wasn't funny. And there are a lot of people out there that find it un-funny as much because of their faith as because it just wasn't funny.

    2. Yeah, I think it was kind of offensive, even if meant as a joke. Especially considering that many of us begin observing Advent this coming Sunday. But meh, whatever. People are BRAVE when they insult Christians! Because if they do, why, we might pray for them!

    3. I'd love to see them mock Islam and reap the rewards.

  5. rikki: don't lose that number... [In my humble opinion, Jamie is a serious as Kayne was about GW Bush hating - ahem - well at least he didn't drop the n-bomb.] Not serious (men.)

    1. Most pop culture icons spew their thoughts without thinking about what an ass they appear, don't they?
