Well, duh...

Zimmerman has been found not guilty.

And he's not guilty of second degree murder.  Nor of anything other than justifiable homicide and self defense.  Oh, and stupidity.  Let's not forget that.

But he's not guilty of murder.

I've seen people praying for peace and sanity to prevail across the internet.

I disagree.  I'd like to see some of the human roach population exterminate itself in some form or fashion.  I'd prefer for it to be at each other's hands.  I'd really prefer for it to not be at the hands of those whom they would victimize in the name of "justice."  But I do want to see the welfare-draining, illiterate, innumerate, violent, racist, self-segregating segment of the population decrease.  I want to see it decrease a lot.

Only then does peace and sanity have a chance of prevailing.  And even then, only if the race-baiting self-proclaimed "Reverends" Jackson and Sharpton meet their Maker (and learn of His disappointment in them) in the chaos.

Hah!

Violence never solves anything, and guns are never the answer, my ass.

I have a possible solution, here...

A Chicago cop shot a puppy that wasn't threatening him.  Pup survived, but is in for a long convelescense.

Other cops have been trying to cover the department's ass: they went back three days later and wrote the homeowner a ticket for the puppy not being leashed.  You know, the puppy that had been in the house, and followed his owner outside when the owner went to see why the cop was writing a parking ticket, just before the cop shot the puppy.

I have an idea.  Since the puppy can't really be handed a gun to shoot the cop, how about we let the puppy's owner have two shots at the cop?  Let's gut-shoot the creep that shot a puppy a couple of times, and see how comfortable his recovery is.

I don't think the thugs with badges will learn to be responsible with their granted authority without painful lessons on what happens when they're not.

Honestly don't know how to react, here.

On the one hand, I love the judge's order that the deadbeat babydaddy stop procreating.

On the other...that's the executive judicial branch of government (thanks, Odysseus) poking its nose into a private individual's life and personal decisions.

I don't know which I want to support: blocking babymaking by an individual who's proved to be an inferior provider to his children (making us pick up the tab), or the libertarian side that says it's not the government's business.

An illustration of what I've been saying...

The main racism I've seen perpetrated by whites recently (barring the one church that made an ass of their pastor) has been instances like I mentioned yesterday, where expectations of what black students/workers are capable of are far lower than expectations for white, and allowances are made for their "lower capabilities."

That does not mean that violent racism is dead--it isn't.  It's just the former victims are most often the current perpetrators.  Sometimes the racism is because the victim's skin is darker than the perpetrator's; others, it's because a white person is "infringing" on territory that the perpetrator has claimed.

Like this case, where a white man dating a black woman got the snot beat out of him.

Personally, I hope the individuals involved in the assault get caught by the girlfriend after she's been drinking, and is mad about what they did.  And I hope she's got a bunch of friends.

Why?  Because the justice meted out by an angry woman is far more fitting than the justice meted out by our criminal justice system.

Well, no shit.

Finally, the federal government made a decision that makes sense: Sheriff Joe Arpaio is not going to be charged with criminal behavior.

Well, duh.  They're not charging him with anything, because he hasn't done anything to be charged for.  He has done nothing wrong.

Distinction without a difference

“None of us knew these men were cops – period.”

So fucking what, douchenozzle?  You still killed both of them in cold blood.  That's still murder.  You still deserve the fucking needle that you fucking dodged.

I hope that, when the case is adjudicated--again--he gets what he deserved to have gotten in the first place.

For cryin' out loud!

Either try him for murder and treason with his beard intact, or pin the Islamotard bastard down and slap some Nair on his face!

Are you freakin' kidding me?!??

Several stories sparked the WTF? reaction this evening.
  • Can you believe that the murdering little piece of shit that shot up that Ohio school is likely to be charged as a juvenile?  I'm sorry, but I don't give a flying shart that he was a "troubled teen."  So was I.  I have never--and will never--take a gun into a "gun-free" zone with the intention of finding victims that cannot fight back.
  • How the hell does this guy honestly believe his own BS?  The Holocaust was a lie perpetrated by the Jews?  How does he explain the photographic evidence, the brutally truncated family trees?  The first hand accounts of the Allied soldiers that liberated the camps?  Oh, wait...he's a National Socialist...he probably thinks it was a pity that Hitler just didn't have enough time to finish the job.
  • The Israelis have turned Palestine into a nation of prostitutes, rapists, and child molesters?  Have the stupid hajjis taken a good look at their own culture, started by their own beloved prophet (Piss be upon him)?  News flash sand fleas: it ain't the Jews raping Muslim women.  It's an accepted part of your own culture to molest children.  Have y'all ever heard of psychological projection?  'Cause it looks to all of us that remember exactly what Islam is (hint: not a peaceful, civilized culture) like that's what you're engaging in.
Stay tuned for more head 'splodey, rage-y goodness tomorrow morning with your weekly send-off to whatever's pissing you (and me) off.

Can I nominate this guy for badass of the century?

A 90-year old man concocted and carried out a plan under the pressure of being held at gunpoint by a home-invasion robber.  And, not only did he succeed in freeing himself, but shot the goblin after he'd been shot.

So yeah--I think this little old man has earned the title of "badass of the century."  'Cause of his quote of the decade, uttered after having been shot in the face: "F**k you, you son of a bitch, now it's my turn."

And I hope to God that the public defender that filed the motion for the goblin to dismiss the charges for her client being denied access to legal advice while he was in the hospital gets a similar visit, from a similar goblin.  Same for the judge scheduled to hear the motion, should he not dismiss it out of hand.

Some people need to be discriminated against.

Namely, progressive idiots that think nobody should be discriminated against by law.

I will agree with them, to a point, that laws discriminating against people because of the color of their skin,* their sex, their religion, or their beliefs** is wrong. I disagree with this.

The whole bunch whining "But...but...you can't sentence one person doing this more harshly than another person doing the same thing" needs to have this put to them another way: Will a corn snake kill you if it bites you? How about a coral snake?

A normal, healthy person who bites someone is guilty of simple assault. They're basically a corn snake. A person who has HIV/AIDS who bites someone is guilty of attempted murder. They're a coral snake--they look like a corn snake, but are a lot more dangerous. The difference between the coral snake and the person with HIV/AIDS is intent: the coral snake bites to defend itself, or feed itself, all without malice or intent to cause grievous harm; the people under discussion are intentionally trying to pass their disease on with malice aforethought. They are trying to kill the person they spit on/bite.

Personally, I wouldn't let either close enough to bite me, because I can't tell the difference from just looking. Snakes or people.

*Some colors indicate a greater likelihood of committing some crimes, especially in inner cities, and it's not discriminatory when it's basic statistics.

**Some beliefs, like those held by NAMBLA, are enough to dictate that the individual holding them should be killed, slowly and painfully.

A fortunate turn of events

Ran across an odd headline on Drudge this morning, one of those you just have to click on to get the story.

Basically, a man (apparently drunk) shot at a mouse in the kitchen with his 9mm handgun (type undisclosed by the story). Bullet went through the wall, and hit a housemate in the chest while he was in the bathroom. As the police were investigating the shooting, they found the third housemate's girlfriend hiding in the basement.

The guy with the questionable judgement and unreasoning fear of mice was 27, the one in the bathroom that got shot was 28, and the third guy was 34. The third guy's girlfriend was 13.

Wait, what?

Yep, the 13 year old girl had been having a "relationship" with the 34 yo man for several months, sneaking out so her daddy didn't find out about it.

Needless to say, Johnny Perv got arrested and charged.

Thank God for drunk idiots with guns and a fear of mice (even if the other housemate would disagree).

Another symptom

I recently read about people organizing to be on the streets in NYC to try to help prevent a serial killer from targeting his victims of choice—prostitutes—rather than waiting on the police to solve the crime.

I am of two minds on this issue:

I think it demonstrates one of the finer traits of our culture in this nation that strangers are willing and eager to organize to protect those who are most in danger. It shows just how much the death of one affects us all, whether or not we are a preferred target of a madman. (I'm also glad to see that people are thinking of their own safety, as well as that of others, in a more proactive way than just waiting on someone else to save them.)

On the other hand, it demonstrates a dangerous lack of trust in our society's justice system.

I may not trust the judicial system, but I like to think I have reason not to—not only did my home county not prosecute my abuser, they refused to even investigate him because he was a pillar of the community that would never do that to any child, much less his own. Personally, I like cops as individuals—but hate the institution because there is no justice in it much of the time.

If naïve, idealistic, young people, most of whom haven't had a traumatic experience with the justice system ignoring the evil happening to them, don't trust the cops and judges to do what they're supposed to do to find bad guys and put them away…we're on the verge of something horrible.

We have got to put our foot down. And if our judges don't want to take responsibility and if they want to keep letting these people loose, then you know what, you're going to have more vigilante going on. You're going to have a lot of problems in this community and in this world if they keep letting these guys out. It's not getting better.—Judy Cornett
Think about the repercussions of how the average citizen would read "put[ting] our foot down." Do you think you could simply watch, be present and obvious about watching, call the cops and be a witness? Do you think it will matter? Or do you think that, since the madman is likely to get paroled and released in fifteen years (or less, depending on overcrowding), you'd be more likely to do something about it yourself?

Once the majority lose trust in the institution—whatever that institution may be—it collapses. If that happens to be our legal system…

I’m not the POTUS.

I can afford to take the time to sleep on big decisions. Had I been in the hot seat, the instant I'd heard that bin Laden had been found, I'd have given the go order. I wouldn't have taken sixteen hours to sleep on the info.

Don't get me wrong: I'm glad the fucker's dead, and I'm glad it was a kill order. I'll give the nitwit in the White House that much. That said, I don't think it was justice, any more than ASM826 did. Justice would have been reprisal killings of 30,000 Muslim civilians in Afghanistan—3,000 every day for ten days.

I also don't think it's going to change anything. Radical camel fellators still hate us (some hate us worse, now), still want to harm us, and are still planning to harm us. Some of them think that we're lying about bin Laden's death. They're not going to believe officially released photos (those can be faked, you know)—it would be more likely to create belief if we had a body to show. Unfortunately, he's already been buried at sea (hopefully in a bacon shroud) to avoid the construction of shrines to the martyr on his gravesite. Don't get me wrong, I think the sea burial is probably the best idea, but it should have been postponed for at least a year.

We should all take a deep breath of relief that there's one less sick, psychopathic bastard planning to kill innocents in the world. What we shouldn't be doing is celebrating in the streets, or visiting Ground Zero in a sick sort of victory lap. That's what radical fundamentalist camel fellators do every time a major attack on American civilians is carried out successfully.

Just another illustration of why I’m unwilling to go anywhere unarmed.

I'm a very small woman. I've been a victim of a large man; I am a survivor. I refuse to be a victim again. You never know who's going to have the courage and moral fortitude of this woman's lawyer.

There is exactly one tool (okay, one type of tool) that makes me a physical equal to any man out there. It goes BOOM! and throws little bits of metal of different calibers, from smaller than the end joint of my (very small) pinky finger to larger than the end joint of my thumb, at very high speeds.

A gun free zone is a target rich environment. I don't ever plan to be a target.

An Open Letter

Take up the Marxist's burden--
Send off the ones you've trained--
Go bind your peers to protest,
To stand out as the brains
To cry out on the sidewalks
And compel by wise diktat
The best for all the people--
Their wishes disrespect.

Take up the Marxist's burden--
Impatient to abide,
The empty threats of congress
To reject laws you devise;
By teleprompters' prompting
Your brilliance shall be plain.
You wreck our nation's profits,
Through seeking your own gain.

Take up the Marxist's burden--
Make savage war on peace--
Kill innocents and seniors
By bidding health care cease;
And when your goal is nearest
The end that others sought,
Watch smart and wary citizens
Bring all your hopes to naught.

Take up the Marxist's burden--
Create a rule of kings--
Remember voting citizens
Shall always ruin things;
The courts you dare not enter
The line you cannot tread
Go make them with your rulings
And all your talking heads.

Take up the Marxist's burden--
And take his recompense:
The blame of those, your betters
(You know, the ones with sense);
The cry of those you harass
And force to do your will
"Why take from us our freedom--
Our choice and rights repeal?"

Take up the Marxist's burden--
You won't succeed to boot--
We're citizens, not subjects
That's something you've confused;
By all you say and whisper,
And all you ever do,
That silent witness, History,
Will judge your gods, and you.

Take up the Marxist's burden--
You've done your childish best--
Your worthless Nobel Peace Prize
The Worship from the press.
Your voters judge your manhood
And vacations, through the years,
As lacking--lacking wisdom--
Despite pronouncements of your peers.

*Revised because of men like Alan West and Herman Cain. Also, apologies to Rudyard Kipling for butchering his work.

I don't mind part of their idea.

Giving gang members jobs might well work--provided the jobs are behind walls, concertina wire, patrolled by individuals with training and rifles, and involve taking the individuals in question off the streets.

Unfortunately, that's not going to happen. First of all, since it's Chicago, it's far more likely that the individuals saying that they're only violent because their lives suck* will be handed the jobs and privileges taken from the law-abiding. They are, after all, helpless victims of the welfare culture that removed productive role-models (hard-working fathers) from the home in the 60's and 70's.

Second, and most importantly, these are criminals, and government only wants to prevent the law abiding from using violence to defend ourselves from the violent. Only the law-abiding are a threat to the government.

After all, what is our current government but a "legal" gang?

Pro-law isn't anti-immigrant, just anti-illegal.

Virginia's AG has given a legal opinion that cops in VA can ask foreigners they pull over/arrest for their immigration status, thereby proving himself pro-law.

Maybe if more of the country was pro-law, a nun wouldn't have been killed by a drunk-driving illegal alien. Maybe if the nation was more interested in prosecuting crime that affects others than in modern prohibition, said double-criminal wouldn't have been on the road, drunk again, and hit an innocent woman.

That'll be a switch.

A black teenager is likely to be charged with a hate crime on top of assault and battery for attacking a white man. And it is a hate crime in this case: the black kid went after the white guy because the white guy was listening to rap.

I just wish we could charge all rap artists with a hate crime for producing the crap they produce--inflicting it on the rest of us should count.

Oh, wow.

Talk about stupid. A judge in Arizona is directly telling the people of Arizona that they are too stupid to know what's right and what's wrong.

This is going to lead to bloodshed. No, I don't think someone's going to go after the judge. I think that people are going to set up shop along the border to hand out a little vigilante justice.

And justice it would be, just as it would be if I shot someone coming in through one of the windows of my home. Or found someone camping peacefully in my living room without my permission.
