That is all.
(I'll try to figure out something to blather about later, after I've been able to take more painkiller, and I've put the kids to bed to reduce the noise levels.)

Sane rants on an insane world. Read at your own risk. Don't blame me if your head explodes.
Sorry. My daughter gets them so bad she faints. I wish there was something you could all take to be rid of this malady.
ReplyDeleteMine are usually caused by hormone fluctuations--something really common in my family that fades with advancing age. Light and sound sensitive. The worst I've ever gotten has just made me unable to eat because of nausea. I don't think I've ever fainted without it being from heat exhaustion.
DeleteI take Aleve, Tylenol, and drink lots and lots of coffee. Warmth helps with me, so when it gets really bad, I put a heat pad on my head. Sometimes, I think the coffee is what helps the most. That and sleep.
I'm terribly sorry for your daughter. Mine are miserable enough--I hate to think of people having it worse than this.
Ouch...so sorry. I sure hope you feel better very soon. Sleep, Pretty Girl, sleep.
ReplyDeleteI will, soon. Thanks, Stephen.
DeleteIf I could recommend a drug called Fioricet..... you need a precription from a Dr. but the drug is fairly cheap. I use it for my migraines and the wife also uses it for her "hormone" related headaches.
ReplyDeleteit takes you from wanting to jump head first into an empty pool to a semi comfortable state, usually allowing you to still function responsibly.
I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I'm able to function, but not think very clearly.
