On Thursday, the Federal Reserve and the Federal Judiciary broke federal law in an attempt to keep documents detailing loans to companies hurt by the economy under wraps. Under the Freedom of Information Act, Fox News was completely entitled to the documents they requested.

Well, not surprising. We haven't seen the President's long-form birth certificate or his college records, either.
