Look closer.

FoxNews's headline says "Pedophile Who Posed As Schoolboy Gets 30 Days in Jail." Thirty days? One month? That bothered me beyond belief.

Then I clicked on the headline for a closer look, and discovered that their website editors need to be fired. The story gives a different time that the creep will be incarcerated: 30 months. Not days. Months.

Granted, it's still not a good story. The pedophile, a British man in his early 20s, posed as a sixteen year old boy, and befriended the whole family just so he could have sex with the thirteen year old girl. Also granted, the girl admitted that they'd had consensual sex "more than 50 times." But still. Thirteen. He told her he was sixteen. So he could have sex with her.

Thirty months is better than thirty days, but that's still less than three years for this.
