A 65-year-old woman
chased off five thugs with two shots from her legally-owned, concealed carry weapon. Then the bad-ass little old lady chased them out the door, and scared them badly enough that three of them didn't make it into the SUV.
We hear about every last shooting that is an "accident," or where a thug shoots an innocent victim. We hear about every shooting where an "evil cop" shoots an "innocent man" who's doing nothing more than standing around while black, never hearing that the "innocent man" had a record longer than he was tall, and
running from the cops because he had an
arrest warrant. We hear about
Mexicans white cop-wannabe neighborhood watch volunteers who shoot sweet, innocent black kids because they're black, but don't hear about how the black kid was at his dad's because he just made it into a gang, his momma can't control him, and he has drugs in his system from near-past use.
We so rarely hear about the heroes. This little old lady is a hero.
