Missouri has refused to fund the President's brain fart. Yes, it may well cause problems, but it will cost the taxpayers less than complying with the ill-considered piece of shit legislation passed over the protests of two-thirds of voters.
Boy, it's going to suck when more doctors start refusing Medicare/Medicaid...for those on it. Costs will go down for the rest of us.
