Heh.

Wow, it's amazing what happens when poverty (and people needing help) is defined at a higher level of income.  Suddenly, there's not enough to go around, and people's benefits get cut.  Odd, that.  And really strange timing.

  1. as mean as this sounds.... no sympathy. none. Most of these folks willingly let themselves be bought.

    The only thing better are the union folks suddenly without jobs after Hostess stopped letting them play with their Twinkie at the companies expense.

  2. You know what? I don't have a hell of a lot of sympathy, either. And I'm someone who regularly donates to/helps out in the local food bank. The federal gravy train has to stop sometime, guys. Eventually the government's gonna run out of other people's money.

    1. I don't mind helping when I choose to, but I hate having a gun put to my head. Anyone but the federal government doing that would be arrested for armed robbery.
