Because only one or two were turned in before midnight, and I'm sure as hell not staying up long enough to collect them as they're turned in.
The kids are going up to my mom's for the day. I'm planning to settle in and get as much of my grading done as I possibly can today, and get done my colleague's stuff that he needs done and can't do for himself because of the state of his eyes (and an only-passing familiarity with technology).
It's going to be a long day. Best get started on that.
