Here's hoping they didn't let him go a second time...

Here's an irony: Daylight Savings Time resetting to Standard time can get you arrested twice at the exact same time.  Just ask Niles Gammons, who was arrested for drunk driving at 1:08 a.m. before the reset, then exactly an hour later at 1:08 a.m. after the nation's time "fell back" to standard time.

The real irony is that he was arrested both times by the same patrol officer.
