And whose fault is that?

I read a news story recently, about a British man who wrote an angry email telling his kids off for the poor decisions that they've made with regards to their personal lives, decisions which their kids are paying for in tears.

My first reaction was "Way to go, Dad!"

And then I thought about it a little more.  And came to the realization that he may have been at least as much at fault for their poor decision making process as his kids are.

After all...who raised his kids?  He and his wife?  Or the free government programs starting in day care and ending in college?  And if the latter, why did he let someone else raise his kids?  And how does he get off blaming his kids for not learning things that he didn't bother to teach them?

And if he and his wife raised their kids...again, whose fault is it if they're total morons about personal choices?
