If I'd had an RPG earlier, I'd have blown the freakin' ice cream truck to kingdom come. It just had to go toodling down the street, playing "Do Your Ears Hang Low?" louder than I've heard a lot of car stereos, just right as the pixie was falling asleep for a second nap.
Needless to say, the second nap got scrubbed.

Nothing wrong with being a curmudgeon - It's a highly underrated discipline. I do think the RPG might have been a bit overstated :)
ReplyDeleteOverstated, maybe, but the explosion would probably be an effective deterrent for other ice cream trucks around naptime on this block.
