But he wasn't the homeowner in the situation, but the punk that broke into a Texas mother's home in a home invasion robbery gone right (at least in my opinion).

The deceased, and one of his buddies, broke into a home with a family home. The deceased pointed a shotgun at the homeowner. She took the shotgun away, killed him with it, and put his buddy in the hospital.

I know, I know. There are a lot of people out there who whine that people who carry guns are often killed by their own guns, but this is definitely a case where it was not only deserved, but funny.

I'd say Mama goes into the hero category, and the dead perp goes into the idiot. It's a two-for-one deal!
