Funny, but not nice. You shouldn't make fun of people who've been led to believe the global warming hype to the point that they think they'll never see snow again.
Washington, D.C., is not used to winter weather. They're not used to iced in conditions. The infrastructure is not prepared to handle it. You'd think President Obama would be aware of that, given how long he's been a senator.
Oh, wait: he hasn't been a senator that long. He may have thought that D.C.'s climate being warmer than Chicago's was because of global warming.
