I may be making assumptions, here, but...I think it's probably a reasonable assumption.

Here's another illustration of how gun-free zones work.

    No matter what the "rule" is..
    carrying a weapon, drunk driving
    or peeing in public--SOMEONE
    HALF WIT will always break the 'rule'..... THEY ARE the exceptions and not the rule.....

    Oh, granted. However, it seems that gun-free zones just function to disarm the victims. I don't mind so much with hospitals and bars, but I have an issue with college campuses being "weapons-free" zones. Especially when you consider that one CCW holder with a gun on Virginia Tech's campus could have saved a lot of lives.
