I never shop on Black Friday. The crowds are the biggest reason, but the thought of a crazy doing something violent is on my mind too. I'd hate think my legacy was being the poor sucker crushed by the mob trying to get their flat screen television at 20% off normal price.
ReplyDeleteNow, think of that, and then think about the few weeks before: the stores mark everything UP by a certain percentage, so that they can "discount" it back to the normal price. After Christmas, everything is marked down to the "discounted" price.
