I've got nothing against Apple. They make quality products (usually), but have most certainly priced themselves out of most markets.
Except for at least one. And honestly, I don't think I'd want to admit to owning an iPad or a new iPhone after that study came out.

The only 'cell phone' I would consider having is for emergency use only.....
ReplyDeleteAll other's are useless!
I have a old fashion telephone on my desk and my computer next to the phone--it all works quite well for me.
I was watching a friend sing at a local restaurant and damn cell phones went off 3 different time.
I understand there is a cell phone jammer, which I think all public places should install.
I do have a cell phone, but use it rarely (emergencies, calling husband to come pick me up if I have to go to campus, the occasional times when home phone cuts off while company does work and I need to make a call, etc.), and answer it even more rarely. I plan to get one with a camera, since I'm a CCW holder, and I'm going to want to be able to take pictures before authorities arrive if I ever have to use it.
ReplyDeleteI will say this: there are those for whom the iPhone might well be necessary, but not nearly as many as have them.
