Now that the article appeared, more communities and government agencies will be using Google Earth to find violators of various codes and zoning laws. Amazing...you have to pay to have a pool on your own property. Property ownership, once one of our greatest rights is now nothing but a joke. You have no say what you can and can't do on your property and you get to pay taxes on it for your no say privileged.
