I'd say this was all Biden's fault, if it weren't more than just us having issues.

Russia's stalking us. Guess they didn't like being called an empty threat.

    How do we know they don't carry
    nuke missiles?

    I'm not sure what class of sub they were, but the Russians don't really have missile tech that can be fired from torpedo tubes. They tend to go more for "Well, we can't make it quality in micro-size, so let's make it big and solid."
