...but this is nice. It shoots a tiny bit low, and you don't want to have an extended shooting session with it, but it's the first revolver I've actually liked.
Well, I've only had two semi-autos jam, and I've gotten rid of both. And I cannot speak highly enough of the CZ-82 that I've got. I'm sure the 9mm version, the CZ-75, is just as good, but it's too big for my hands.
If you want to try out a cheap, but reliable semi-auto that comes with a lifetime, transferable warranty, go with a Hi-Point. They're chunky and ugly, but they really *work.*

I used to work with a guy who commonly hiked and camped in bear country. He got a Charter Arms Bulldog to pack with him, similar size, 2" barrel.

I shudder. I think I might rather face the bear.
I have never fired an automatic.
ReplyDeleteI owned 4 revolvers only.
Not a big 'gun' expert but I have watched enough "cop shows" to know that automatics jam up more than revolvers.....
Oh, I'd use it if I had to, but I wouldn't be shooting it for fun.
