ReplyDeleteIf you figure 3 square meals a day, times 7 days is 21 meals---the 5 they eat at school is not the problem.
Some schools serve breakfast, as well. Mine did.
ReplyDeleteI think, rather than childhood obesity being caused by food, it's more likely the fault of no recess, and not being allowed to/forced to play outside.
