I have no words for how wrong this is.

Over 1,800 of our veterans who went to a Saint Louis, MO VA hospital for dental treatment are at risk for contracting Hepatitis B, C, and/or HIV.

Why?

Because government-run hospitals don't follow proper procedure.

I don't like the little weasel, but I have to agree with Democrat Rep. Russ Carnahan:
"This is absolutely unacceptable... No veteran who has served and risked their life for this great nation should have to worry about their personal safety when receiving much needed healthcare services from a Veterans Administration hospital."

Indeed.

Proof that idiots breed.

Van der Sloot's mother swears that he never killed anyone.

It's her fault, and that of her (late) husband that the psycho Lurch look-alike is such a special snowflake that he's escaped the rap for Holloway. If it weren't for this stupid, blind, retarded socialite spoiling her son, he might have actually grown up into a productive, law-abiding, sane citizen. Instead, he beats and strangles a young woman to death because she asked him something he didn't want to answer.

Wake up and smell the coffee that your son drank over the corpse of his latest victim, you stupid bitch! YOUR SON IS A PSYCHO!

Feeling a bit better...

I'm still really morning (and afternoon, and evening) sick, but it is easing, bit by bit. I'll probably be back up and running on my usual schedule by the end of the month.

That is, assuming Dear Leader doesn't shut down all sources of "new media" with the new toy that Lieberman et. al. are trying to give him.

Sorry...urgh.

I know it's been a while since I posted anything. My university "upgraded" the online class platform we use, which completely FUBARed my classes. I'm still working to get the classes for fall fixed. It took me until Sunday night to get the one I started teaching Monday fixed.

I also put my lectures, handouts, assignment sheets, and other useful stuff together into a textbook for the Composition II class, and am working on a similar one for the Composition I class.

Beyond that...I've been so sick that if I haven't been laying down, I've been throwing up. It should ease within another two to four weeks, but for now, I'm not able to do much of anything.

I'll be back when I can, though.
